1. Service Positioning & Disclaimer

ElixerPro.tools is a free, browser-based device testing and troubleshooting assistant. All tools and reports reflect observations captured within your current browser environment under active permissions. ElixerPro.tools is not a replacement for certified hardware technicians, authorized service centers, or calibrated laboratory equipment.

2. No Hardware Warranties or Guarantees

While our tests use standard W3C Web APIs, browser output cannot guarantee the physical structural integrity of a device, the absence of liquid damage, or low-level electrical component health. Passing a browser test does not constitute a warranty that a device is free of hidden defects.

3. User Responsibility & Hearing Safety

Users must maintain reasonable volume levels when executing acoustic and audio frequency tests. ElixerPro.tools incorporates software gain limiters, but users are responsible for keeping physical amplifier volumes at safe levels.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt or abuse our services, reverse-engineer endpoints with malicious automated scrapers, or flood diagnostic forms.
